Carole Orth has over 30 years of experience in practicing law. She began her legal career in 1984 as a File Clerk and then she obtained a Legal Assistant position before entering law school. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Mary’s University in 1988 and has been practicing law in Fort Worth, TX since then. After graduation she returned to the firm where she practiced in the area of civil litigation before ultimately moving into the family law area. After several years with the firm she embarked on her own private practice. She is a partner at the firm Orth & Orth, L.L.P. where she and her brother, Gerry Orth, have been together practicing law for years.

Rosie Cortez brings over 30 years of experience and has been Legal Assistant to Carole for over 20 years. Rosie is not only a dedicated knowledgeable assistant but her genuine caring and concern for the clients brings an even more personal touch to the firm and to those we represent.
Debbie Pecchi has over 30 years of experience. Debbie has been a Legal Assistant to Carole for over 15 years and shares the philosophy of true concern for the clients and their legal needs.
Office Assistants
Nancy Nguyen has been the part-time Office Assistant for many years and helps manage the day to day office operations.
